Cruising the Rhone River

Viviers

A little rain is not going to deter this Grand Circle group from exploring Viviers, a town still much as it was in the Middle Ages. Along the way we met Noel Auberge in period costume as we hiked to the top of the hill to visit the cathedral and enjoy a grand 360 degree view. Later we continued sailing toward Tournon, passing the Cruas Meysse Nuclear power plant with it's playful mural on the cooling tower.
